David MacLeod

David MacLeod is a professional director and chartered accountant with extensive dairy and agribusiness experience. David is a member of Fonterra's Audit and Finance Committee and Board Governance Committee. David is currently Chair of Silver Fern Farms Limited and a director of DairyNZ Limited. David was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Fonterra and has held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
