Over the past 10 years she has held governance roles, including chairing investment and member engagement committees, with a number of large, regulated pension schemes in the UK. Dianne's commercial and fiduciary experience combine to offer a unique blend of business expertise and customer insight to her board appointments. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and FINSIA. Her passions include effective investor communications, delivering value for money and the good governance of regulated savings products, supported by a life-long commitment to learning.
