Elizabeth Coutts
Liz Coutts has been a Director and Chair of Oceania since 5 November 2014. Liz is also the Chair of EBOS Group Limited and 2degrees Group Limited and a consultant to Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited. Liz is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a past President of the Institute of Directors NZ Inc and was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in 2016. She has been a Commissioner of both the Commerce Commission and Earthquake Commission and a member of both the Financial Reporting Standards Board of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Monetary Policy Committee of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
