Munich based Dr Georg Hochwimmer has been closely associated with Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited for eight years since first meeting at the PDAC conference in Toronto in 2016. During that period he has worked actively sourcing equity capital for Chatham from his networks in Europe, Canada and elsewhere and is presently the company's largest shareholder in his own right. Dr Hochwimmer operates General Research GmbH, a consulting company providing financial analysis, corporate finance and investor relations advice. General Research is particularly focused on emerging growth companies and Dr Hochwimmer has been a founding director of several technology start-ups. His PhD qualification, connections and business experience are welcome additions to the Board, and these attributes and his Europe location are particularly relevant to Chatham's target markets in that region.
