Gregory Liebelt

Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Investment and Nomination Committees. Mr Liebelt was appointed to the Board in June 2012. He is Chairman of Amcor Limited. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was formerly Director of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Chairman and Director of DuluxGroup Limited, a Director of Carey Baptist Grammar School, Chairman and Director of the Global Foundation, Deputy Chairman of Melbourne Business School and Managing Director and CEO of Orica Limited.
