Jack Porus (listed as Jack Lee Perua in some records) is a director of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX: NZK), having served since 2008 as a nominee of major shareholder Oregon Group (40% holder). He is a non-independent director. Jack is a property and commercial lawyer with over 50 years of practice, having been admitted to the Auckland High Court in December 1975. He joined Glaister Ennor (now Glaister Keegan) in 1972 and served as Managing Partner for over 30 years, practising in all areas of property law, commercial law, trusts, and estate planning. He built a business that ultimately became New Zealand's largest listed property company (Kiwi Income Property Trust). Jack holds a BCom and LLB and continues as a consultant at Glaister Keegan. He also serves as a director of Neil Corporation, Norfolk Financial Management, and Oregon Group, and is a trustee of numerous personal and charitable trusts.
