Jon Nichols

Jon Nichols was appointed to the Port of Napier Board in December 2007 and is a Business Consultant specialising in transaction delivery and project development. He has extensive experience in the electricity industry including as General Manager at Unison Networks, where he was involved in major acquisitions, significant project developments and sustainable pricing strategies for long term assets. More recently Jon has led a number of growth, regulatory and performance based initiatives for infrastructure businesses in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. He is a Director of Nichols Consulting, the mid central zone of Rugby League New Zealand and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
