She is currently Chair of St Barbara Limited and a Non-executive Director of Australian Strategic Materials Ltd and Chrysos Corporation Ltd, former Non-executive Director of 2 ASX listed companies including New Century Resources Ltd, former Chair of Trinity College, University of Melbourne and former member of the ASIC Director Advisory Panel. She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex.
