Nathan was appointed as a Director of Westpac New Zealand in November 2025. He is also a member of the Board Risk and Compliance Committee. He rejoined NAB in 2013 and held various roles across strategy, innovation, corporate affairs and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Executive Leadership Team in April 2020 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2023.
