A profile of each Director's experience, including the length of their service, can be found on the LIC website. Sophie Haslem was due to retire by rotation in October 2023 and sought re-appointment. Her appointment as an Appointed Director was ratified by shareholders at the 2023 Annual Meeting for a further term of approximately three years. The current Appointed Directors are not co-operative members and are appointed to bring their external expertise to the Board.
