Warren James Bell

Warren Bell is a professional director and registered architect with extensive property development and construction experience. Warren is a member of Ryman Healthcare's Audit and Risk Committee and People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. Warren is currently Chair of Fletcher Building Limited and a director of Auckland International Airport Limited. Warren was formerly Chief Executive of Fletcher Construction and has held senior executive roles including at Leighton Contractors in Australia and New Zealand. Warren holds a Bachelor of Architecture and is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Architects and the New Zealand Institute of Constructors.
