How does policy compliance checking work?
The engine runs your voting policy against every resolution in the reporting period. If you provide your actual voting record (CSV upload), it compares your votes to what the policy recommends and flags every deviation. Policy alignment is reported overall and by resolution category.
Is this a substitute for ISS or Glass Lewis?
NZXplorer complements offshore proxy advisors by providing NZ-specific governance context they lack.
