Senior management change at Adelaide Casino

Following the appointment of Luke Walker as General Manager of SKYCITY Adelaide,
Acting General Manager Tony McNamara has given notice of his return to Melbourne to
take up a new position.

Mr Walker, currently the Executive General Manager Gaming Machines at Crown
Melbourne, was appointed to lead Adelaide Casino in October last year, and takes up his
position on 1 May 2017.

Until Mr Walker’s arrival, Matt Hardman will be Adelaide Casino’s Acting General
Manager. Mr Hardman is currently the property’s Assistant General Manager. He has
extensive gaming experience and prior to joining SKYCITY was the General Manager of
the Country Club Casino in Tasmania.

Mr Walker is a 20-year casino and club entertainment veteran, with extensive experience
in the electronic gaming machines market at both Crown and, previously, Star Casino in
Sydney.

Mr Hardman’s appointment is effective Friday 13 January.
