Sky Network Television Limited (SKY) confirms that with effect from 1 December 2016 it
transitioned to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA) regime, in connection with
the conclusion of the transitional period following the introduction of the FMCA.
As required by the FMCA, all shareholders will be sent a notice in the form attached.
