Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited of Level 13, 280 Queen St, Auckland, New
Zealand has transitioned to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
Accordingly, from 1 December 2016, the requirements of the FMCA apply to Millennium & Copthorne
Hotels New Zealand Limited.
This is an administrative notice only and no action from shareholders is required at this time.
