INTERIM DIVIDEND




On Monday, 20 February 2017 the directors of The Colonial Motor
Company Limited declared an interim dividend of thirteen (13.0) cents
per share. The dividend will carry full imputation credits based on the
corporate tax rate of 28% and a supplementary dividend will be paid to
eligible shareholders.
The dividend will be paid on Tuesday, 18 April 2017 to shareholders on
the register at close of business on Friday, 7 April 2017.
