for the six months ended 31 December 2016



Declaration

The Directors of the Company hereby declare that, in the Directors’ opinion:

 The EBOS Group Limited consolidated interim unaudited financial statements for the six
months ended 31 December 2016 and the notes to those financial statements comply with
the accounting standards issued by the External Reporting Board of New Zealand;

 The EBOS Group Limited consolidated interim unaudited financial statements for the six
months ended 31 December 2016 and the notes to those financial statements give a true and
fair view of the financial position and performance of the Company; and

 There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and
when they become due and payable.

This declaration is made in accordance with a resolution of the directors dated 21 February 2017 and
is signed for and on behalf of directors by the board chairman.
