Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 – Statutory Notice
1 Ebos Group Limited (Ebos) is required to give all shareholders the following
statutory notice because it has become subject to the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013 (FMCA), which has replaced the Securities Act 1978. You do not need to do
anything in relation to this notice.
2 Ebos Group Limited (NZBN 9429031998840) of 108 Wrights Road, Christchurch
8024, New Zealand advises that with effect from 1 December 2016 all of the
requirements of the FMCA now apply to Ebos. In particular, Ebos’s share register
will be governed by Part 4 of the FMCA, and Ebos will be governed by the FMCA
financial reporting and fair dealing requirements.
