Spark Media Correction

The Chief Financial Officer of Spark, David Chalmers, was today quoted by the
NZ Herald as stating that Spark's offer for TeamTalk Limited is Spark's "final
offer". The article was subsequently corrected to clarify Spark’s position. Spark
has today issued a takeover offer to acquire TeamTalk at $0.80 per share and
has no current intention to vary this offer. However, as a matter of procedure,
Spark reserves the right to vary its offer in accordance with the Takeovers Code.
