RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement made on 13 January 2017, the Directors of The New Zealand Refining
Company Limited advise that they have received the resignation Mr Andrew Warrell as a Director of
the Company. Pursuant to clause 8.15.4 of the Company’s constitution, Mr John Crawford, an
Alternate Director to Mr Andrew Warrell also ceases to be a Director.
