Moa has appointed Malcolm Bloor to the combined COO/CFO role. Malcolm previously served as interim
CFO of the Group in the period to September 2015.
With the growth aspirations of the group in the craft beer sector and to bring a strong operational focus to
improve the company's commercial delivery it is appropriate to appoint this full time position
“Malcolm brings a wealth of FMCG and CFO experience to the company and we look forward to his
renewed service with us”, said CEO Geoff Ross.
Malcolm replaces Geoff Copstick who has served as the Group’s CFO since September 2015 on a part time
basis.
