Notice Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.7.1(d) – Resignation of Officers
Michael Hill International Limited advises that Mary‐Anne Greaves has resigned from the position of
Company Secretary, effective from 15 December 2017. The Board thanks Mrs Greaves for her
valuable contribution and service to the business and wishes Mrs Greaves well with her future
endeavours.
The Company is finalizing its recruitment for a replacement Company Secretary and intends to
appoint Mr Andrew Lowe, its incoming Chief Financial Officer, as Company Secretary from 15
December 2017 in the interim while it completes the recruitment process.
