Burger Fuel Worldwide (BFW) Independent Director Steps Down

BFW independent director John Pfannenbecker has stepped down from his position on the

board of directors. John was appointed when the Franchise Brands collaboration agreement

was in force but following the passing of Fred De Luca and the end of the Franchise Brands

partnership, the board has accepted Johns resignation as independent director.

The board thanks John for his service to BFW and wishes him well for the future.

Franchise Brands is a 10% shareholder in BFW.
