Foley Family Wines change in Board
Foley Family Wines Limited [NZX: FFW] advises that director, Alton
Jamieson, has decided to resign from the Board and not seek re-election at the
Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held at 9 November 2017. The company
thanks Alton for his contribution as director over the years.
FFW will take this opportunity to review the composition of its Board, including
in the context of its proposed move to the NZX Main Board, and will provide an
update once decisions have been made.
