AWF MADISON GROUP ANNOUNCES BOARD APPOINTMENT
The Board of AWF Madison is delighted to advise the appointment of Nick Simcock as an
Independent Director, effective January 2018.
Chairman Ross Keenan said that the appointment was consistent with his comments made at the
Group ASM in July – that the Company was beginning the process of appointing a generation shift in
governance skills at Board level.
He said that Nick Simcock represented that generation shift and comes to the AWF Madison Board
with very considerable experience in the talent sector, having recently retired from Korn Ferry
International as Co-Managing Director of Futurestep, Asia Pacific.
Korn Ferry International is a global leader in all aspects of talent management, leadership
development, recruitment and managed services provision, with over 100 locations worldwide.
Ross Keenan said that Nick would bring to the AWF Madison Board complete knowledge and first-
hand experience of growing multi-service line recruitment and talent consulting businesses. Nick’s
perspective, gained from leading recruitment process outsourcing, project recruitment, professional
search, and talent consulting businesses will further strengthen our capability in driving
innovation to assist organisations with their changing workforce demands.
Major Shareholder Simon Hull noted his delight that AWF Madison had been able to attract Nick
Simcock to the Board and looked forward to working with him.
