SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING


At the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Mercury NZ Limited held on Tuesday 7 November 2017, shareholders

approved the following resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 29 September 2017.

 the Company’s constitution was revoked and a new constitution in the form presented at the 2017 Annual
