Dividend Reinvestment Plan Price
The price at which shares will be allotted under the Restaurant Brands New Zealand
Limited (RBD) Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2018 interim dividend is
NZ$6.57.
The price was set based on the arithmetic mean of the daily volume weighted average
sale price (rounded to the nearest cent) of all RBD shares sold during trading hours
on the NZX Main Board over a period of seven trading days commencing on 15
November 2017, less a discount of 1.5%.
40.2% of shares participated in the DRP. A total of 786,152 shares will be issued to
participating shareholders on 30 November 2017.
The interim dividend of NZ$0.10 per share will be paid on 30 November 2017.
