Appointment of Company Secretary 
The Board of Michael Hill International Limited is pleased to advise that it has appointed 
Katherine Hammond as its new Company Secretary with effect from 22 January 2018. 
Katherine brings significant experience to the Michael Hill business including having 
provided legal advice to multiple organisations on their ASX listings.
