Appointment of Company Secretary 
Michael Hill International Limited advises that following the resignation of Mary‐Anne 
Greaves as Company Secretary, the Board has appointed its Chief Financial Officer, Andrew 
Keith Lowe as its Company Secretary effective 15 December 2017, in the interim while it 
completes the recruitment process.
