Appointment of Chief Customer Officer 
Michael Hill International Limited advises that following an extensive search it has 
appointed Vanessa Brennan as its Chief Customer Officer.   
Vanessa joins Michael Hill with over 22 year’s experience in strategic marketing and 
communications gained in Australia, Europe, Latin America and Asia.  Vanessa has held a 
number of significant roles including Managing Director of Clemenger BBDO Brisbane, and 
General Manager of Marketing for Terry White Chemists and is currently a partner at 
PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she has led the Customer Transformation and 
Insights practice for PwC for Queensland as well as being a member of the national PwC 
CMO Advisory practice. 
As Chief Customer Officer, Vanessa will hold an enterprise role across Customer, Brand, 
Marketing, eCommerce and Insights. 
Vanessa will commence in her new position in early 2018.
