NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited (“LIC”) Investment Shares at 10.42am
today.
The halt is in place pending an announcement by LIC of Material Information relating to its
proposed share simplification.
The halt will remain in effect until the earlier of the release of an announcement by LIC, or
market open on Monday, 12 February 2018.
