NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on TRS Investments Limited (“TRS”) Ordinary Shares at 4.01pm today.
The halt has been placed pending an announcement from TRS regarding the LIDA transaction.
The halt will remain in effect until the earlier of the release of that announcement or market
open on Friday, 16 February.
