DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR PFI

Pursuant to NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that director
nominations are now open. The closing date for nominations is 5.00pm on Monday, 12 March 2018.

Director nominations should be sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting to be

Mount Eden, Auckland 1024.
