The 2018 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held at Eden Park, Auckland at
10.00am on Thursday, 7 June 2018. Venue details are:

Kingsland, Auckland
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Friday, 13 April 2018 is the closing date for Kiwi Property
shareholders to nominate a person to be considered at the meeting for election as a director of
Kiwi Property.
Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and be received by Kiwi Property on
or before Friday, 13 April 2018 at the following address:

Nominations may only be made by a Kiwi Property shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
