New Zealand King Salmon (NZX and ASX:NZK) Appointment of Carol Chen as an Alternate Director

The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited is pleased to advise the appointment of
Carol Chen as an alternate director to Xin Wang.

Ms Chen is the Investment Director of the Corporate Development Department at China Resources
Enterprise, Limited, with responsibility for M&A initiation and execution in the Asia Pacific region.
Ms Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, Melbourne.

This appointment ensures that China Resources Ng Fung Limited will continue to be well
represented on the Board of New Zealand King Salmon, and will assist with the further development
of the China market.
