For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZSX Listing Rules, Metro Performance Glass Limited (“Metro Glass”) advises the 
following performance rights have lapsed and are hereby cancelled:

Percentage of total class cancelled 12.7% of Total Performance Rights 
Reason for the cancellation Lapse of Performance Rights 
Specific authority for the cancellation Plan rules and directors’ resolution 
Terms or details of the cancellation Certain participants in Metro Performance Glass Limited’s Performance Rights 
Plans ceased to be employed by the Company. As per the plan rules a number 
of Performance Rights have now lapsed and are hereby cancelled.  
 
The fourth issue of Performance Rights was issued on 3 August
 2017 and a 
summary of the terms (including performance hurdles and applicable 
measurement dates) were set out in the NZX announcement made on that date.
