Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary

Chorus is pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine Campbell as General
Counsel and Company Secretary from mid-August 2018.

“We are delighted to appoint Elaine to the Executive team as Chorus continues to
successfully deliver open access broadband connectivity across the country with a
strong ongoing focus on improving customer experience,” said Kate McKenzie, Chorus
CEO.

“Elaine is an experienced senior executive and joins us from AMP where she was the
General Counsel for New Zealand. Immediately prior to this Elaine spent four years
with the Financial Markets Authority as Director of Compliance. She brings more than
20 years’ experience working in legal roles in New Zealand, the United States and the
United Kingdom.”

Elaine has a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Canterbury.

“I would again like to thank Lucy Riddiford for her contribution to Chorus as Acting
General Counsel and Company Secretary during the recruitment process,” she said.
