Limited (Australia) purchased 1,605,594 shares in SKC AU which caused the aggregated
total percentage held in class (SKC AU and SKC NZ) by the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust
Holdings, Inc. group of companies to move from 4.91% to 5.15%.
