Serko has partnered with Qantas to achieve NDC Level 3 Certification

Serko Limited (NZX:SKO) announced today that Zeno, its next generation technology for
travel and expense management, has been granted Level 3 Certification by IATA for native
support of NDC with Qantas. Zeno becomes the first travel and expense platform globally to
achieve this level of accreditation.

NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a travel industry-supported program launched by IATA
for the development and market adoption of a new, XML-based data transmission standard
that enhances the capability of communications between airlines, travel agents and
aggregators.

Serko has entered into a strategic partnership with Qantas to enable NDC certification for
Zeno.

As travel providers such as airlines increasingly look to engage directly with travellers to
merchandise their offerings, Serko is ensuring its technology is capable of aggregating
airlines rich content to facilitate this and create a seamless experience for corporate travel.
Serko’s strategy is to ensure that it has the breadth and depth of content required to
provide an integrated itinerary across the entire journey.

Serko does not expect this to have a material impact to its results for the 2019 financial year.
