ASX Approval of Serko’s Listing Application

As previously announced to the market, Serko Limited (NZX:SKO) has applied to be
admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) as an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing.
ASX has now approved Serko’s application to list (subject to satisfying usual disclosure
conditions pre-listing).

The date of the listing is confirmed as 25 June 2018. Serko will trade on the ASX
under the ticker code ‘SKO’. Serko intends to retain its primary listing on the New
Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).

As previously indicated, the ASX listing will be a compliance listing. No new capital is
being raised at this point in time.
