GMT Fourth Quarter Distribution

Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the fourth quarter distribution for the year
ended 31 March 2018.
The record date for the distribution is 12 June 2018 with payment to be made on 21 June
2018. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of 1.6625 cents per unit with an additional
0.3180 cents per unit in imputation credits.
Unitholders are reminded that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan is currently suspended.
