Annual Shareholders’ Meeting - Results


AUCKLAND, 21 JUNE 2018: The NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) Annual
Shareholders Meeting was held today. The following resolutions considered by shareholders at
the meeting were passed:

1. The re-election of Carol Campbell as a Director of NZME;

2. The election of David Gibson as a Director of NZME;

3. The election of Barbara Chapman as a Director of NZME; and

4. Authorisation for the Directors of NZME to fix the auditor’s remuneration.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the Board has determined that all Directors are
Independent Directors.
