Annual Shareholder Meetings and Director Nominations
Closing Date

Stride Property Limited and Stride Investment Management Limited (together Stride Property
Group) advise that their Annual Shareholder Meetings will be held in Auckland on Thursday 30
August 2018. Further details of the meetings will be included within the Notice of Meetings
which will be sent to shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX listing rule 3.3.5, the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on
20 July 2018. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a Stride Property Group security holder entitled to attend and vote
at the meetings and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.

Under the terms of their respective constitutions, each of Stride Investment Management Limited
(
SIML) and Stride Property Limited (SPL) have Boards of Directors comprising the same
directors. Accordingly, any person appointed as a director of SIML will also be appointed as a
director of SPL.
