MOA 2018 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING
Moa would like to confirm at this time the details of its upcoming Annual Shareholders Meeting.
This year the ASM is planned for Friday 3
rd
August at 2:00 pm in Auckland with the venue to be confirmed
with formal notice of meeting.
As permitted in NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting can
nominate candidates for election to the Board. The closing date for Director nominations is 9am Friday
