Mykco Limited – update on conditional agreement to acquire Corporate Holdings
Limited


Further to the announcement Mykco Limited (Mykco) made to the market on 28 May 2018, Mykco
advises that the date for satisfaction of conditions in the above agreement has been extended by
agreement between the parties to 31 July 2018 or such later date as may be agreed between the
parties.
All other terms remain unchanged from those previously announced.
We expect to make a further announcement shortly.
