CONFIRMATION OF SETTLEMENT OF AA CENTRE
Asset Plus is pleased to confirm that settlement of the sale of the AA Centre,
Albert Street, Auckland has occurred on 12 July 2018. Of the $47 million sale
price, substantially all of the net proceeds have been applied towards debt
repayment. An amount has been retained by Sky City until recladding works to
the stairwell of the building are completed.
