Appointment of Teresa Steele-Rika as Future Director

The Board of Scales Corporation Limited is pleased to advise the appointment of Teresa Steele-Rika
as its next Future Director. Teresa is Head of Marketing at Tru-Test Group where she is responsible
for global brand, product and marketing strategies as well as leading internal and external
communications and supporting M&A activity.

This is Scales Corporation’s third appointment under the Institute of Directors’ Future Directors
programme following the previous appointments of Liz Muller and Jen Bunbury in 2016 and 2017
respectively.

Scales Corporation Chairman Tim Goodacre says “We are pleased to be able to continue
