PGG Wrightson Limited’s (PGW ) Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2018 will be publicly available on our website at
www.pggwrightson.co.nz by 30 September 2018. Future Annual Reports and Interim Reports will also be available from
this website.
New regulations have recently come into force affecting how we communicate with you about Annual Reports. Due to these
regulations, any previous instructions you have given us about sending you printed copies of these reports no longer apply.
We encourage you to elect to receive all your PGW shareholder communications electronically by visiting
www.investorcentre.com/nz. Existing users should login, select ‘My Profile’ and click on the ‘Update’ button on the
‘Communication Preferences’ tile. For new users, click on ‘Create Login’ and follow the steps to create your User ID and password.
Alternatively, please supply your email address below if you wish to receive, where applicable, all shareholder communications
electronically. This will include the Annual Reports, Half Year Reports, transaction statements, payment advices, meeting
documentation and any other PGW company related information.

future Annual Reports and Half Year Reports. Please note that previous elections for printed copies of Annual Reports
and half Year Reports no longer apply.
