INTERIM QUARTER DIVIDEND

Asset Plus Limited has provided an Appendix 7 in relation to the Company’s dividend declared for
the quarter ended 30 June 2018.

The gross dividend for the quarter is 1.147 cents per share. The dividend consists of 0.90 cents per
share of cash with 0.247 cents per share of imputation credits attached.

The record date for this dividend will be 31 August 2018 with payment to be made to
shareholders on 7 September 2018.

The Board will continue to review future quarterly dividends with reference to the activities and
earnings of the business during future quarters.
