Comvita (NZX:CVT) confirms that on Friday 24
th
August, the shares issued as consideration for 51% of the
shares in Comvita Food (China) Limited, were released from escrow in accordance with the terms of the
Escrow Deed dated 1 July 2017. For details of the 51% acquisition of Comvita Food (China) Limited, refer
to announcements dated 5 September 2016 and 3 July 2017.
